I am an Authorised Marriage Celebrant practising in the beautiful city of Perth and its surrounds. An authorized Marriage Celebrant is someone who has been appointed by the Australian Federal Department of the AttorneyGeneral to solemnise marriages in Australia pursuant to Section 39 (2) of the Marriage Act 1961.
